Ms. Blagorodna Ristovska
Ms. Blagorodna Ristovska is a Senior Legal Advisor in Mens Legis Law Firm, and holds a Masters degree in International Law from the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" - Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" in Skopje. Her previous experience includes working at law office.
Ms. Ristovska is specialized in preparing legal due diligence, legal opinions and other legal services in administrative procedures in different areas: company and trade law including establishment and work of companies and corporate governance, obtaining necessary licenses, work, residence and other permits for foreigners, advising in employments relations, in the field of electronic communications, intellectual property etc.
Her experience includes legal services and advising Telekom Slovenije, SIOL Skopje, Yin Yi Group for the ARC acquisition project, DMM Draexlmaier, AVUS worldwide claims service, Playtech and other domestic and international companies and organizations.
