The value of the transaction amounted 190 million Euros.
One of the most wanted locations in North Macedonia, the plot and buildings of the old factory of ALUMINA AD in bankruptcy Skopje was bought by the Israeli Company GAZIT GLOBE through its branch in the Netherlands G-Netherlands B.V. for 19 million Euros. The subsidiary G-Macedonia AD Skopje will build a Shopping Mall together with residential premises. The value of the project 120 amounts million Euros. The whole project is legally conducted by MENS LEGIS® .
